The Consortium for Computing Sciences in Colleges Northeast Region (CCSCNE) brings together faculty, staff, and students from academic institutions throughout the northeastern U.S. and beyond to exchange ideas and information concerning undergraduate computing curricula.

The 26th annual CCSCNE conference will be hosted by Pace University in Pleasantville, New York, on April 1 and
2, 2022. We invite proposals for papers, panels, tutorials, workshops, lightning talks, and faculty, graduate and undergraduate student posters. All submissions are reviewed, and paper reviews are double blind. The proceedings of the conference are published as an issue of the Journal of Computing Sciences in Colleges and indexed in the ACM Digital Library. Undergraduate student poster abstracts are published only in the conference program.

Full registration includes:

Тhe conference banquet on Friday evening, admission to all sessions and pre-conference workshops. It also includes membership in CCSC. Lunch on Saturday is NOT provided.

Student registration includes:

Тhe conference banquet on Friday evening and admission to all sessions. Students who author regular papers or participate in the programming contest receive additional benefits. See the appropriate contest registration page for details.

Important Note for Students:

  • If you are a member of a Programming Contest Team, conference registration is included with your Programming Contest Team registration. Please review the information on the Programming Contest page.
  • If you are not a member of a Programming Contest Team, register as a Student using the online registration system (link is included below) or the form below.

K-12 Teacher registration includes:

Admission to all conference activities including the vendor display and the conference banquet on Friday evening.

Note: For late and on-site registrations, banquet attendance is not guaranteed. In these cases, tickets for the conference banquet may be purchased, depending on availability.

If you registered online for the CCSCNE 2012 through CCSCNE 2021 conferences, then you already have an account. Your e-mail is your username.

If you already have an account, you may logon and register for CCSCNE 2022.

If you do not have an account, you need to create one, and then register for CCSCNE 2022.

Hotel

The conference hotel is the Comfort Inn Hawthorne. We have arranged a room rate of $124 with 48-hour cancellation. To book this rate, you must call the hotel directly at (914) 592-8600 and ask for the Pace University rate. There is a nominal extra charge if more than two people are staying in the room.

COVID Rules

1. All attendees must either be vaccinated or show a negative COVID PCR test result from the prior 72 hours to be allowed on campus.

Proof of vaccination can be the CDC card, a photocopy, a photo on a phone, NY Excelsior Pass app, or NYC COVID Safe app.

Confirmation email on a phone screen or printout must be shown at registration desk. This form can also be completed directly at the desk.

3. Masks are NOT required in conference spaces.
